Position: Customer Service Representative

Placement: Jakarta

Key responsibilities:
Order entry in SAP system, maintain and update orders in system Follow up orders and shipping dots, claim and complain of customers, customer’s rebate
Follow up payment of customers, preparing forecast and data for monthly report
Contact Management
Offer Management
Monitor and follow up the service performance


Qualifications:
Female, maximum 35 years old
S1 graduated from reputable university
Computer literate, specially for MS Office (Familiar with SAPIR3 is advantage)
Able to communicate in English both oral & written
Good in document control & filling system
Good communication skill, must be able to communicate effectively across function i.e with marketing operation and logistic Team player, well developed interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure, self motivated, accurate
Creative thinker willing to challenge the status quo in search of team improvement
